Born in the bustling beauty of rural life, Tishauna Mullings emerged with an entrepreneurial spirit and a heart for helping others. Overcoming obstacles like low self-esteem, ADHD, and anxiety, she discovered life coaching in 2008. This discovery set her on a transformative path to becoming a Social Development Practitioner, earning accolades from the USAID and Jamaican government along the way. Notable moments include winning the UNICEF Child Researcher Competition and leading The Ubele Initiative in the UK, where she connected older Black people through innovative projects during the pandemic.

With a 13-year track record across Africa, Europe, the Caribbean, and the United States, Tishauna has significantly impacted personal and organizational development. Her leadership in initiatives like The Little Genius Competition, which celebrates over a decade of success, showcases her dedication to fostering growth and empowerment.
